The Nile Project brings together artists from 11 Nile countries to create new music which embodies the rich diversity of the area. From resonant harps and lyres combining with buzzing timbres and ingenious polyrhythms to supporting vocals in more than ten languages, the music sparks cultural curiosity while inspiring, educating and empowering young people worldwide to become Nile Citizens.
