Information for Artists

Overture Galleries’ most recent Call for Artists closed in January 2025, and we are excited to say that our gallery exhibitions are now curated through Fall 2027. The next opportunity to apply will likely open in late 2026 for exhibitions in our 2027-2029 seasons.

This juried process brought in an extraordinary number of proposals—our highest to date—highlighting the incredible talent and creativity across our county and region. Artists were selected not only for the strength of their work, but also for how their proposals reflect a range of voices, media and ideas. Jurors considered artistic excellence alongside diversity in career stage, cultural perspective and themes that invite meaningful public engagement.

Expression of Interest Form

In addition to our formal Call for Artists, Overture Galleries programs exhibitions in spaces such as the Rotunda Gallery, Playhouse Gallery and Rotunda Studio. These spaces support experimental work, time-based media, large group exhibitions and community partnerships. If you are interested in exhibiting or proposing a project, please submit your idea through our Expression of Interest form.
