Celebrate pride all summer long in Madison

Pride Month may officially be in June, but Madison knows how to keep the celebration going all summer long. With a vibrant mix of markets, festivals, educational events and community gatherings, there are plenty of ways to show your Pride, support LGBTQ+ communities and have some fun across Dane County. Here are some can’t-miss events happening in and around Madison this summer!

June 13 - The Big Gay PRIDE Night Market

An 18+ evening full of queer joy, local vendors and delicious food. Celebrate community and creativity in one fabulous night. Don’t miss the Queer and Funny Comedy Group and Black and Funny Comedy Group from Minneapolis, bringing the laughs all evening long.

June 13 - Delta Pride 2025

Delta Beer Lab is hosting a celebration of inclusivity and acceptance with great beer, music and community vibes, plus queer-friendly local vendors!

June 14 - Middleton Pride 2025

Join The Good Neighbor City for its second Middleton Pride Festival! This is a family-friendly celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. This year’s festival will include two Drag Story Hours (from both Kings and Queens), performances from local school ensembles and home-grown DJ Stu and nearly 30 vendors, area organizations and Queer-affirming businesses. Expect more than enough crafts, games and love to go around!

June 14 - Pride Night at the Zoo

Join Henry Vilas Zoo for a wild night of Pride celebration featuring trivia, pop-up performances, face painting and more. This is a one-night only, after-hours event for guests ages 18 and up.

June 14 & 15 - Celebrating Juneteenth with Pride

This event is organized by and for Black queer community members, honoring the historical significance of Juneteenth and the ongoing struggle for liberation, while also celebrating the spirit and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community.

June 28- Sun Prairie Pride Fest 2025

Sun Prairie’s growing Pride Fest is full of heart and hometown spirit. Expect entertainment, local vendors and a strong sense of belonging. Plus, stick around after the festival for a special concert event featuring Grammy-nominated artists Jennifer Knapp and Mary Lambert.

June 29 - McFarland Pride in the Park

The third annual event is full of free activities, including an amazing drag show, entertainment, music, art, vendors, food trucks and much more!

July 16 - QueerSPEAKS! A Humanities Happening

Queer SPEAKS! is a Humanities Happening that will amplify the voices of Queer, Trans and Gender Expansive humans intending to foster and engage in dialogue about LGBTQ+ topics. Bringing together engaging keynote speakers, thought leaders, artists and activists, the event provides you with the opportunity to laugh, cry, learn, grow and connect with others!

July 26 - 2025 Disability Pride Festival

The Disability Pride Festival is the only event of its type in Wisconsin, and one of just a few in the nation. Celebrate pride in an inclusive, affirming space that welcomes and uplifts everyone—especially at the intersections of LGBTQ+ and disability identities.

August 17- OutReach Magic Pride Festival 2025

The grand finale of the summer Pride season! OutReach LGBTQ+ Community Center will host its sixth Annual Magic Pride Festival at Warner Park. It will include a stage show with local LGBTQ+ identified performers, a large vendor area, games and activities for youth and families, food and beverages and more!
