In The Rainbow Fish, a beautiful but selfish, isolated fish learns how sharing spawns happiness in an underwater adaptation that encourages literacy and enthusiasm for reading. In companion tales also on stage, Rainbow Fish Discovers the Deep Sea, fosters courage and a sense of adventure and Opposites uses bold images to introduce children to the simple concepts of up & down, in & out, long & short and more. The Rainbow Fish will enchant even the youngest child with his silver scales and heart of gold in a new adaptation of Marcus Pfizer’s award-winning books about the beautiful fish who learned to share his most prized possession. Mermaid’s striking puppetry production includes two delightful companion stories, Rainbow Fish Discovers the Deep Sea and Opposites.
