A peek behind the curtain
Is there anything better than a good cocktail and a great Broadway show?
Cocktails with Tim and Karra is an exclusive subscriber event designed to explore what goes on behind the scenes of a Broadway tour. A week or two before every show on the Broadway at Overture season, we welcome Broadway Club subscribers to learn more about the making of the show, what’s happening on Broadway, and how a touring show works.
Each event features fun, educational content with guest interviews or activities related to the upcoming show. Past guests have included fight choreographers, songwriters, costume designers and even Tony Award winners. Join Tim Sauers, Vice President of Programming & Community Engagement, and Karra Beach, Community Engagement Manager, for educational content, contests, music from the show performed live by award-winning high school students and, of course, cocktails!

Cocktails with Tim and Karra is a benefit included with your Broadway Club subscription, so there’s no need to buy tickets. We do, however, require that you RSVP. We invite Broadway Club subscribers to each Cocktails with Tim and Karra by email, and that invitation has easy instructions for how to let us know you’re coming.
If you think you should be getting invitations and you’re not, please email Karra Beach at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into it for you.
