Monologue Festival

A map with a compass in the top left corner, a red passport book that says "monologues" and "2023" on it, and the words OUT in THIS WORLD arced across the middle.

They say that traveling leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller. FTC’s seventh monologue festival, Out in This World, presents twelve storytellers whose tales will take you on journeys both familiar and unexpected. Whether venturing to faraway places or making discoveries closer to home, this collection of original monologues will transport you. Who knows where the path might lead?

ASL interpretation will be provided on Saturday, May 20th at 2pm. All tickets are general seating, and we will have an area reserved for anyone who wants an unobstructed view of the interpreters. We're proud to partner with UW-Milwaukee Interpreter Training Program on this performance - please be aware that a portion of the monologues will be interpreted by students, under the supervision of a professional.

Please let us know that you would like to be in that section by emailing ssafarik@forwardtheater.com. Buy your tickets now!

Tickets for the ASL interpreted performance on Saturday 5/20 at 2pm available here.
