Suzi Shelton and Little Miss Ann, who have performed together for many years, will play an upbeat, interactive fun concert for kids. Families will be inspired by Ann and Suzi's catchy melodies, positive messages and fun movements. Whether it’s Ann teaching the kids about a Filipino ingredient “Ube,” a purple yam, or it’s Suzi singing her “Raindrop” song, your family will sing, dance and clap together at this fun show!

The 1pm performance will be American Sign Language interpreted. Please email kidsintherotunda@overture.org at least one hour ahead to be seated within sight of the interpreter for live performances.

A livestream option will be available once a month. Dates for the season are Oct. 25, Nov. 4, Dec. 16, Jan. 13, Feb. 17, Mar. 30 and Apr. 27. Visit the Kids in the Rotunda web page for updates.

In addition, families are invited to participate in “Arts After Overture” in partnership with the Madison Public Library before or after the show. The sessions provide arts experiences related to the morning’s Kids in the Rotunda performance.

Meet the Artists

Suzi Shelton

Suzi Shelton is a multi-award winning singer/songwriter based in Brooklyn, NY and has been recognized as a voice in indie family music for more than a decade. She has multiple solo albums and singles, and produces a popular weekly livestream show on her Facebook and YouTube Channels called Sing with Suzi - a joyful show for little kids featuring a diverse array of special guests that The New York Times declared as a life-saver for parents. Sing with Suzi is currently viewed in over 70 countries around the globe! You can hear Suzi's songs everywhere you purchase or stream your music.

Little Miss Ann

Little Miss Ann (Ann Torralba) is a nationally touring family music artist from Chicago who has produced 6 kids music albums. She is a former Chicago Public School teacher, an instructor at the iconic Old Town School of Folk Music, a social rights activist and a first generation Filipina American. Songs like "Ube 2.0" and "Stars on the Island" which showcase Ann's Filipina American background have been played regularly on Sirius XM Kids Place Live as well as some of her other tunes.
