Dinner - Capitol Theater Stage - 7pm
Salad: Mixed greens, goat cheese, summer berries and raspberry vinaigrette
Entrée: Seared airline chicken breast with herb jus, herb-roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables
Dessert: Elderflower olive oil cake, whipped vanilla mascarpone, pear gelée and streusel
Wine, spirits, soft drinks and beer available for purchase all evening
