David Landau’s personal appearances are upbeat musical programs that keep children engaged and constantly thinking. The kids sing some, move some, act some, dance some, shout just a little bit and laugh a bunch. The adults just sit back and enjoy the show.
The 1pm performance will be American Sign Language interpreted. Please email kidsintherotunda@overture.org at least one hour ahead to be seated within sight of the interpreter for live performances.
A livestream option will be available once a month. Dates for the season are Oct. 30, Nov. 29, Dec. 14, Jan. 11, Feb. 22, Mar. 22 and Apr. 26. Visit the Kids in the Rotunda web page for updates.
Meet the Artist
David Landau
David Landau has been a full-time performer of children’s music based in Madison, Wis., for more than 20 years. He plays guitar, he sings, and he is hilarious. David performs at schools, libraries, fairs, festivals, birthday parties and anywhere children gather. He has recorded three children’s music CDs and one live concert DVD. He has won a Parents’ Choice Award, Madison Magazine has named him “Best Local Children’s Musician” three times, and the Madison Area Music Association has named him “Children’s Performer of the Year” three times (2022, 2019 and 2016 ).
