In “Once Upon a Stage,” Broadway star Patti Murin invites you on a journey through the music that has shaped her illustrious career. Murin brings her signature warmth, the themes of love, resilience and the power of dreams—weaving in heartfelt reflections on motherhood and its impact on her life and artistry. Murin offers a personal and poignant perspective as she shares her experiences balancing the demands of a performing career with the joys and challenges of being a mother. 

A celebrated actress on the stage and screen, Murin is best known for her standout Broadway performances as Princess Anna in Disney's “Frozen,” the title role in the Tony-nominated musical “Lysistrata Jones,” “Xanadu” and as Glinda in the national tour of “Wicked.” Other stage credits include Ariel in “The Little Mermaid,” Audrey in “Little Shop of Horrors” (the Muny), Paulette in “Legally Blonde” (the Muny) and The Baker's Wife in “Into the Woods” (the Muny). In 2024, she starred as June Cash in “The Ballad of Jonny and June” at La Jolla Playhouse. Murin recently released a joint album with husband, Colin Donnell, titled “Something Stupid.” On television, Murin has appeared in series such as “Chicago Med,” “Royal Pains” and many Hallmark Channel movies.
