Trinity Irish Dance Academy

Madison's own Trinity Irish Dance Academy has been the most widely recognized Irish dance program in the world. Shaping the lives of over 10,000 students, Trinity is centered around a powerful philosophy that is a radical departure from typical programs. Founded by Mark Howard in 1982, the Trinity Irish Dance Academy has set numerous competitive records and thrilled audiences worldwide with its innovative approach to performance and attention to detail. The unique program is held together by its powerful philosophy of empowerment that teaches students life lessons both on and off the dance floor. Trinity has called Madison their home for decades, with a expanded dance studio in Waunakee, Wis., where they practice a balanced approach of teaching Irish Dance, emphasizing performance, solo and team dancing. Trinity’s overall mission is to elevate children, the community and the world through the power and grace of Irish Dance.
