Digital tickets provide an easy and safe way to receive and share your tickets with friends and family. No more stress over misplacing your tickets - they're always available in your digital wallet!

Plus, digital tickets are a great way to reduce your carbon footprint.

No apps are necessary to access your digital wallet.

It takes just three easy steps!

1. Go to overture.org/wallet.

2. Log in using your Overture Center username and password.

3. Tap your event to see all the details of your ticket(s).

Digital Tickets Guide

Log in to your digital ticket wallet using the same username and password you used to purchase your tickets.

Go to overture.org/wallet and click the Forgot Password button to reset your password.

No. To keep your tickets safe and secure, printouts and screenshots are not accepted and cannot be scanned at the door. Once activated, the QR code on your digital ticket(s) updates every 30 seconds and can only be scanned directly from your mobile device.

As a safety measure, the QR codes will not be visible on your tickets until 2 hours before your performance start time. Your QR code for your digital tickets will automatically appear in your digital wallet at that time.

No problem! While digital tickets require a smart mobile device to access your tickets, if you don’t have a smart mobile device, you can contact our ticket office at 608.258.4141 to arrange to pick up your printed tickets at Will Call.

No problem! Go to the box office at the venue, and we will print out your tickets. You must show a valid ID matching the name on the ticketing account.

iPhone users can add digital tickets to Apple Wallet. Google Wallet does not yet support rotating or dynamic QR codes.

Please note:

1. You will need to have notifications enabled on your Apple Wallet in order for digital tickets to work properly. Notification functionality is required for the QR code system to work.
2. You may need to hard refresh and/or force close the Apple Wallet app if you are experiencing problems. This can be done by swiping up on the app itself and relaunching.
3. Tickets will not say ‘Scanned!’ in the upper left corner of Apple Wallet like they do in wallet.overture.org. If you exit and then reenter the house, it may be difficult to determine which tickets have already been scanned and which haven’t.

Go to overture.org/wallet and log in using your Overture username and password.

1. Select the performance you will be attending.
2. Tap Share Tickets
3. Enter the full name of the person with whom you’re sharing the digital ticket(s).
4. Select the ticket(s) you’d like to share.
5. Confirm your selection.
6. Share the link via text or email to the person to whom you are sending the digital ticket(s).

No, you share only the digital ticket(s) you select to share with others in the group attending the performance with you.

As a safety measure, they must log in to claim the tickets you’ve shared with them. If others in your group already have an Overture Center account, they may use the same username and password to log in.

If anyone in your group is not sure whether they have an existing login, they can click the “Forgot Password” or the “Register“ button after following the link you shared with them to create an account.

1. Click the link shared with you.
2. Log in with your Overture Center username and password OR create a new account.
3. Accept the tickets.

Shared digital tickets are not valid until the recipient claims them. You may also reclaim your tickets if your guest changes their mind or does not accept them.

Once you share a digital ticket, you will see one of the two following status notifications:

1. Ticket Accepted by (Your Guest’s Name): Your guest has claimed your shared ticket(s).
2. Ticket Shared with (Your Guest’s Name) Pending: Your guest has not accepted the digital ticket(s) yet.

You should remind them to check their email or text messages for the ticket invite link you sent to them. You may also “Share the invite again” or “Get this ticket back” in your wallet. 

Yes! Once you see the Share Tickets button in your wallet, you may share them, even if the QR codes have not yet been sent.

Yes, copy the link into an email and send it to your guest. The link will redirect your guest to a landing page where they can claim the digital tickets.
