What's a Group?
A group can be made up of any 10 or more people who want to come to the same performance together. Groups can be made up of friends, family, co-workers, club members, employees, social group members, students, teachers, seniors, young professionals, military… or any combination!
Benefits
Group requests accepted now for all shows!
When you know which shows you'd like to reserve, send an email to groups@overture.org. Groups must attend the same performance date/time. You can spread out over various price/seating areas based on group needs or if availability is limited.
Can't agree on where to sit?
Groups don't need to be seated together! Feel free to mix and match seating levels and prices.
Payment Deadlines
* Groups are still accepted after the payment deadlines!
More Group Sales Information
Group policies vary from show to show. Groups are typically considered 10 or more (sometimes 15 or more) and groups can look forward to receiving the benefits listed above for many shows. When more information about group sales is released, interested groups can email groups@overture.org with the show, date, time, price, seating area and quantity they are interested in reserving.
Groups are often able to pay a partial deposit, then defer final payment until a date closer to the event, allowing time to gather payments from group members and make adjustments to the order. Group payment must be submitted in the form of one payment for the group (individual group members are not able to pay separately).
You can cancel or adjust your tickets at any time prior to final payment. As long as you maintain the group minimum, you can still take advantage of any group discounts and benefits available. If you purchase additional tickets, we will do our best to get you seats near your group. Once payment is processed, there are no refunds or exchanges, but you can always add tickets to your group, subject to availability.
Once you receive your tickets, please make a note of the row and seat number you've given each person in your group. That way, if anyone loses a ticket, you can call the ticket office and have the missing ticket reprinted. If you opt for digital delivery of your tickets, you can easily forward seats to any member of your party.
All prices subject to change without notice. For exact pricing at the time of request, please contact Group Sales.
Non-Broadway shows
Final count and full payment are due six weeks prior to the performance. We accept payment over the phone with a credit card or you can mail a check payable to Overture Center, ATTN: Group Sales, 201 State Street, Madison, WI 53703. Please note: we cannot accept separate payments from individual members of groups.
