Whether you're sipping a handcrafted cocktail, enjoying a snack or simply soaking in that pre-show buzz, our lobbies are designed for connection and a little indulgence. There are plenty of ways to unwind before the curtain rises. From accessibility services to coat check and convenient restrooms, every detail is designed to make your visit welcoming and enjoyable.

Overture's Pre-show Lobby Experience

Our lobbies often feature live music, cafe-style seating, cocktail service, pre-show food and drink experiences and engagement activities designed to enrich your visit. Overture and Resident Company shows often have pre-show talks, artist meet-and-greets, merchandise purchase opportunities, VIP experiences, uniquely themed lounge events and more. Check your pre-show email to see what’s happening before the curtain!

At every show, except for those in Promenade Hall, you can expect seating, bars (with cocktails and mocktails), sweet treats and savory snacks and an iconic setting and/or view of the city. Enjoy!

Concessions and Bars

Cash and card accepted. Not every bar or concession stand serves every food and beverage item. If you are looking for a particular item, simply ask a catering bartender, usher or staff member!

Join us in the lobby up to 90 minutes prior to showtimes and at intermission.
Featuring show-themed drinks for all Broadway shows.

Bar Windows - located near the theater entrances.

Featuring full spirit selection, wine, beer, water, soft drinks, candy, snacks. Show-themed drink specials featured for select shows. Coffee and spiked coffee drinks are available November through March. Open on all levels for most performances.

Snack & Beverage Concessions Stand - located on the Fairchild Street side of the lobby.

Featuring small appetizer selection, canned beer and cocktails, water, soft drinks, candy, snacks and coffee. House made desserts are available at Broadway shows. Spiked coffee drinks and hot tea are available year-round. Open for most performances.

Broadway Bars - located in the center of Overture Lobby, Promenade level and Upper Lobby level.

Featuring show-themed drink specials for select shows, full spirit selection, wine, beer, water, soft drinks, candy and snacks. Open for most Broadway performances.
Join us in the lobby up to 60 minutes prior to showtimes and at intermission.

Lobby Bars - located on Level I and Level II.

Featuring full spirit selection, wine, beer, water, soft drinks, candy and snacks. Coffee and spiked coffee drinks are available November through March and for select matinee performances. Open for most performances.

Limited Bar - located on Level I near the theater entrance.

Featuring canned cocktails, beer, wine, water and soft drinks. Open for select performances.

Lobby Times

The Overture Hall lobby open 90 minutes prior to showtime. Capitol Theater and The Playhouse lobbies open 60 minutes prior to showtime.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on every level of Overture Center and within Overture Hall.

Overture also provides a Health and Wellness room, suitable for chestfeeding or as a quiet space, on Level III.

Accessibility Hubs

Overture has two Accessibility Hubs located in the Rotunda lobby (main level) and next to The Playhouse and Rotunda Stage (lower level). Guests can borrow a variety of accessibility items, free of charge, before a performance to enhance their experience. Our team is trained to answer your questions and fulfill your accessibility requests.

Coat Check

Coat check is available for Overture Hall and Capitol Theater performance events. The cost is $1 per coat, cash only. For Capitol Theater events, check your coat on the ground floor Gallery 1 hallway leading to Capitol Theater. For Overture Hall events, check your coat near the Overture Hall Lobby restroom alcove (ground floor), to the right of the theater entrances.

ATMs

There are no ATMs located in Overture Center. The nearest ATMs are located in the banks on the Capitol Square.

We safely store and catalog all lost items to help reunite them with their owners.
